Welcome to Royal Elite Limo LLC ("Royal Elite Limo," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking transportation services with Royal Elite Limo LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for all passengers within your reservation.


1. Booking & Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation details including:

  • Pickup date and time
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Passenger count
  • Contact information
  • Flight information (if applicable)

Royal Elite Limo LLC is not responsible for service interruptions or delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Reservation confirmations are sent electronically. Customers must review all booking details immediately upon receipt and notify Royal Elite Limo LLC of any discrepancies.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations:

  • Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines: 25% deposit
  • Mini Buses and Motor Coaches: $500 minimum deposit

Remaining balances are due:

  • 48 hours before service for most reservations
  • 14 days before service for buses, coaches, and large group transportation

Royal Elite Limo LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations for unpaid balances.

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank fees, international transaction fees, or payment processing charges imposed by financial institutions.

3. Credit Card Authorization

For fraud prevention and security purposes, Royal Elite Limo LLC may require:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Front and back copy of the payment card
  • Signed authorization forms

Failure to provide requested verification may result in reservation cancellation.

The cardholder may be required to be present during service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Sedans & SUVs

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund

Vans & Limousines

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refund

Party Buses

  • More than 7 days before service: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before service: No refund

Mini Buses & Motor Coaches

  • More than 14 days before service: 25% cancellation fee (maximum $500)
  • Less than 14 days before service: No refund

Special Events

Including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Inaugurations, Major Sporting Events, Concerts, FIFA World Cup, and Presidential Events:

  • More than 15 days before service: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 15 days before service: No refund

Destination Transportation

Including ferry transportation and destination charters:

  • More than 72 hours before service: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 72 hours before service: No refund

Ferry fees, permits, parking reservations, venue fees, and special event fees are non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

A reservation is considered a No-Show when:

  • Passenger fails to appear within the allotted grace period
  • Passenger cannot be contacted
  • Passenger leaves pickup location without notifying dispatch

No-shows are billed at 100% of the reservation amount.

6. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport Pickups: 45 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight arrival.
  • Cruise Ports & FBOs: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.
  • Residential Pickups: 10 minutes complimentary waiting time.
  • Commercial Locations: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.

After complimentary waiting time expires, a $40 waiting fee applies, and additional hourly charges begin according to vehicle type.

7. Additional Charges

Additional fees may include tolls, parking, airport fees, Meet & Greet services, fuel surcharges, additional stops, extended waiting time, venue fees, and event permits.

Stop Charges

Stops under five minutes:

  • Sedans, SUVs, Limousines: $30
  • Vans, Mini Buses, Coaches: $50-$80

Stops exceeding five minutes may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

8. Gratuity

A gratuity of 15%-20% may be automatically added to reservations. Additional gratuity is voluntary and appreciated but not required.

9. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

Customers are financially responsible for damages caused by any passenger within their group. Cleaning fees include:

  • Minor cleaning: $200
  • Excessive cleaning: Up to $600
  • Smoking cleanup: $250-$300

Additional repair or replacement costs may apply if damages exceed these amounts.

10. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times. Royal Elite Limo LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund for aggressive behavior, threatening conduct, verbal abuse, physical violence, property damage, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior. Law enforcement may be contacted when necessary.

11. Alcohol, Drugs & Illegal Substances

Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and only in approved vehicles. The following are strictly prohibited: illegal drugs, controlled substances without legal authorization, open alcohol containers in vehicles where prohibited by law, and weapons prohibited by applicable law. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

12. Minors

Passengers under 18 years of age may require parent or guardian authorization and a signed waiver. If alcohol is present, the booking customer must be at least 21 years old. The booking customer assumes responsibility for all minors traveling under the reservation.

13. Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request and subject to availability. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring proper installation and use.

14. Pets

Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Service animals are always welcome as required by law. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

15. Vehicle Substitution

Royal Elite Limo LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, fleet maintenance, or operational requirements. Such substitutions do not constitute grounds for refunds.

16. Third-Party Transportation Providers

Royal Elite Limo LLC may use approved affiliate transportation providers when necessary. Customers agree that affiliated providers may fulfill transportation services on behalf of Royal Elite Limo LLC.

17. Mechanical Failure

In the event of vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure, Royal Elite Limo LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement transportation. Vehicle replacement type may vary based on availability. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from mechanical failures.

18. Delays & Force Majeure

Royal Elite Limo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, security incidents, airline delays, airport restrictions, public emergencies, or civil unrest. No refunds shall be issued for delays resulting from these circumstances.

19. Lost & Found

Royal Elite Limo LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Recovered items may be stored for up to 30 days. Shipping fees for returned items are the customer's responsibility.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Elite Limo LLC shall not be liable for missed flights, missed events, lost business opportunities, emotional distress, or indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation giving rise to the claim.

21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered. Chargebacks submitted without valid legal basis may be disputed with signed agreements, reservation records, GPS records, driver logs, communications, and payment authorization documents. Customers remain responsible for collection costs, attorney fees, and administrative expenses associated with wrongful chargebacks.

22. Privacy Policy

Customer information is used solely for reservation processing, customer communication, service delivery, and legal compliance. Information is not sold to third parties except where required by law. Vehicles may be equipped with recording devices for security, safety, training, and liability purposes where permitted by law.

23. Accessibility Services

Wheelchair-accessible transportation may be available upon request and subject to availability. Advance notice is strongly recommended.

24. Changes to Reservations

Reservation modifications requested within 24 hours of service are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges. Same-day modifications cannot be guaranteed.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Royal Elite Limo LLC is registered and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

26. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from services provided by Royal Elite Limo LLC shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

27. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or utilizing services provided by Royal Elite Limo LLC, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be responsible for all passengers included in the reservation.
