Introduction

At Royal Elite Limo LLC, we aim to deliver exceptional transportation services while maintaining fair, transparent policies. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.


Reservations & Booking

  • Reservation Confirmation:
    • Passengers must review their reservation details upon receiving written confirmation. Without confirmation, the reservation is not guaranteed—contact us if you don’t receive it.
    • Provide accurate details (date, time, location, passenger count, contact info). Errors may disrupt service, and we’re not liable for missed communication due to incorrect info.
  • Deposit:
    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking (or as specified by vehicle type/special event).
    • For buses/coaches, a $500 deposit is required; the balance is due 14 days prior.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Full payment is due 48 hours before service (or as specified). We accept major credit cards and electronic payments; cash requires prior approval.
    • All charges are in USD unless noted; international clients cover exchange fees.
  • Verification:
    • Provide a copy of your credit card (front/back) and valid photo ID for verification. Cardholder presence may be required at pickup.

Cancellation Policy

  • By Vehicle Type:
    • Sedans/SUVs:
      • 24+ hours: 20% booking fee; <24 hours: 100% charge.
    • Executive Vans/Limos:
      • 48+ hours: 20% booking fee; <48 hours: 100% charge.
    • Party Buses/Minibuses:
      • 7+ days: 20% booking fee; <7 days: 100% charge.
    • Buses/Coaches:
      • 14+ days: 25% fee (max $500); <14 days: 100% charge.
  • Special Events (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s, Weddings, Proms, Concerts):
    • 15+ days: 20% fee; <15 days: 100% charge.
  • Special Destinations (e.g., Seattle, Whistler, Victoria, Private Tours, 4+ Hour On-Call):
    • 72+ hours: 20% fee; <72 hours: 100% charge. Victoria ferry fees are non-refundable.
  • Process:
  • No-Show:
    • Full charge applies if you don’t appear within the grace period and fail to notify us.

Wait Time & Grace Periods

  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15-minute grace period (10 minutes for residences/locations); then charged at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
  • Commercial Airport Pickups: 45-minute grace period from flight arrival; additional time charged in 30-minute increments.
  • Cruise/FBO/Chartered Arrivals: 30-minute grace period from scheduled time; then hourly rate applies.
  • Post-Grace Fees: $40 late fee + hourly rate after the grace period.

Charges & Fees

  • Final Charges:
    • Estimated totals provided at booking; final bill calculated within 48 hours of service, including:
      • Extra stops
      • Wait time
      • Tolls, parking, airport/ferry fees
      • Meet & Greet services
      • Fuel surcharges (if applicable)
  • Unscheduled Stops:
    • ≤5 minutes: $30 (Sedans/SUVs/Vans/Limos/MV1), $50-$80 (Buses).
    • 5 minutes: Charged at the hourly rate.

  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Tolls, parking, etc., added to the final bill.
  • Cleaning/Damage Fees:
    • Excessive mess/spills/bodily fluids: $200-$600.
    • Smoking/vaping: $250-$300 minimum.
    • Damage (e.g., upholstery, glassware): Client pays repair costs.
  • Gratuity: 15-20% added unless specified otherwise.
  • Special Event Surcharge: Additional fees may apply; you’ll be notified in advance.

Service Conditions & Liability

  • Delays: We’re not liable for delays due to:
    • Weather
    • Traffic
    • Accidents
    • Road closures
    • Mechanical failures
    • Other uncontrollable events (Force Majeure)
  • Mechanical Issues:
    • Replacement vehicles may differ in style/type based on availability; no refunds for issues beyond our control.
  • Missed Events: We’re not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays.
  • Lost Items:
    • We’re not liable for items lost, damaged, or left behind. Found items held for 30 days, then disposed of.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Behavior:
    • Respect chauffeurs and passengers. Service may be refused for:
      • Intoxication (drugs/excessive alcohol)
      • Unsafe, aggressive, or abusive conduct
    • Threatening behavior results in immediate termination, full charges, and law enforcement involvement.
  • Alcohol & Drugs:
    • Allowed only in party buses/limousines; prohibited elsewhere. Violations end the trip with no refunds.
    • Illegal substances/weapons forbidden; reported to authorities.
  • Minors: Require a parent/guardian or signed waiver. Signer (21+ if alcohol is served) is responsible for all passengers.
  • Seatbelts: Mandatory per applicable laws.
  • Chauffeur Discretion: Service may end if safety is compromised; no refunds.
  • Capacity: Adhere to vehicle occupancy limits.

Special Policies

  • Children: Request child safety seats in advance (specify age/weight); passengers ensure proper use.
  • Pets: Allowed in pet-friendly vehicles with carriers; service animals permitted per law.
  • Accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles available upon request.
  • Special Equipment: Luggage trailers, ski racks, etc., must be pre-requested; fees may apply.
  • Restricted Areas: We may decline unsafe/restricted locations or require cross-border documentation.
  • Route Changes: Chauffeurs may adjust routes for safety/efficiency.

Emergency Situations

  • Chauffeurs follow safety protocols and may contact emergency services.
  • Passengers must comply with instructions and evacuate if needed.
  • Disclose medical conditions (e.g., motion sickness) that may affect the ride.

Privacy & Security

  • Data: Collected for booking only; not shared unless legally required. We protect against unauthorized access.
  • Cameras: May be used in vehicles for safety.
  • Fraud: Suspicious bookings reported to authorities.

Additional Terms

  • Changes:
    • Reservation changes: 24+ hours notice preferred; same-day changes subject to availability/fees.
    • Last-minute changes (<12-24 hours): Best-effort basis, fees may apply.
  • Travel Estimates: Approximate and subject to change.
  • Promotions: Discounts not combinable unless stated.
  • Feedback: Welcomed to improve services.
  • Insurance: We maintain required commercial coverage.
  • Legal: We comply with all applicable transportation laws.
